When I came to the shelter I was angry, I didn't trust any of the people at the shelter and I would hiss and swat at anyone who tried to touch me. I have come an extremely long way from this & have started to trust some of these people enough to accept pets and even a few head scratches! I still have some work to do and am looking for someone patient. I promise I am worth the work!

I can be quite a shy kitty and often hide when the humans host adoption events. Despite my shyness I am an extremely gentle kitty and just require some patience to build a foundation of trust. My human friends at the shelter see through my run and hide facade to the part of me that craves love and affection. Once I warm up I enjoy head scratches & I think in a loving home I would transform into a loving member of your family!

My human friends at the shelter have worked hard to help me warm up & I have been making great progress. I still have a tendency to run away but have shown a few volunteers how much I love head scratches. In a home with more consistency and some patience, I would open up even more!
